LABF WORK-SHARE PROGRAM

LABF has a heart for inclusion and seeing folks with different abilities to be able to find and nurture their gifts through employment opportunities. LABF currently has several differently abled volunteers and we are raising funds to be able to provide stipends, but more importantly a sense of importance and value to these amazing volunteers lives!

Over the next year, LABF will be partnering with over a dozen social service and support organizations in Maryland and our goal is to provide volunteer opportunities that could possibly lead to employment.

Our goal is to provide...

  • Community Partner "Work-Share" Opportunities

  • On the Job & Leadership Training

  • Watershed Restoration Event Stipends

  • Fishing & Clean-Up Event Stipends

  • Volunteer Opportunities with potential of Employment
