LABF's Mentoring offers one-on-one time with one of our experienced LABF Angler/Mentors!
LABF Mentorship Program
One-on-One Outdoor Adventures Tailored Just for neurodiverse or differently abled Mentees that want to explore their love for fishing even more!
Lucky and Blessed Fishing has been proudly mentoring our amazing youth and adult attendees for the past three years and several have been onboarded as "Work-Share Volunteers" and some are now on Staff!
Now, we’re excited to introduce something even more personalized – our One-on-One Mentorship Program being offered to our LABF Families and students that want to take a deeper dive into being part of the LABF Community while receiving therapy through the outdoors & community!
This unique program pairs your mentee with different abilities with a dedicated LABF Mentor for adaptive fishing weekly experiences. It’s more than just fishing – it’s about mentorship, friendship, confidence-building, and unforgettable memories in nature while developing life skills.
Program Features:

One-on-One Mentor Match: Your child will be paired with a trained, compassionate LABF Angler/Mentor/Student.

Customized Outdoor Activities: Adaptive fishing experiences tailored to your child’s interests and abilities.

Safe & Supportive Environment: Supervised sessions focused on inclusion, joy and connection.

Family-Friendly Setting: Siblings and caregivers are welcome to participate or relax nearby!
