Fishing & Outdoor Adventures for ALL Abilities
Lucky and Blessed Fishing (LABF) is a Maryland-based nonprofit dedicated to building community and wellness through inclusive fishing and outdoor experiences for individuals with disabilities, neurodivergent youth, and those facing mental health and life challenges.

Founded in 2022 and awarded 501(c)(3) status in 2023, LABF creates opportunities for individuals to experience the joy, connection, and therapeutic benefits of fishing while learning about and engaging with the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Our mission is to foster inclusion, mentorship, and belonging through meaningful experiences on and off the water. We believe everyone deserves access to the outdoors and the chance to build confidence, relationships, and lasting memories—regardless of ability or background.

Why Fishing & Outdoor Education
Fishing and time in nature offer more than recreation—they support mental wellness, stress relief, confidence, and coordination. By creating inclusive, shared experiences, LABF helps break down barriers, build connections, and empower individuals of all abilities to grow socially, emotionally, and physically.

Community & Partnerships
LABF proudly partners with nonprofits, pro anglers, charter captains, fishing clubs, teams, and industry leaders to expand access to the outdoors across Maryland. Together, we are creating impactful programs that serve at-risk, underserved, and differently abled individuals—strengthening community through connection and shared experience.
